St. Helens & South Lancashire Rail & Bus Site.
St. Helens Junction.
A look at the station, and nearby locations.
The station was formerly the junction for the branch line to St. Helens (Shaw Street - now renamed St. Helens Central). The branch passenger service was withdrawn in 1965, but the line remained in use for freight until the 1990's.
