The Club meets on Monday evenings (8:00 p.m.). We hold meetings from September until April (except on Bank Holidays and during the Christmas / New Year period.)

 

Meetings take place at the Police Club, Bishop Road, St. Helens.

Please use the entrance in Windleshaw Road.

 

The Club's own website will soon be on line - a link will be provided when this happens.

 

 

  Visitors are welcome - a donation towards the costs of meetings would be appreciated.

 

We cater for all types of photography:-

Film or Digital

Colour or  Monochrome Prints, Colour Slides.

Our meetings include:-

Lectures on all types of photographic techniques.

Slide shows on a wide range of subjects.

Demonstrations of computer-based editing of photographs.

There are also photographic competitions for club members.

Occasional practical photography evenings.

Informal gatherings at the club every 2 weeks during late Spring and Summer.

 

Courtesy of the National Lottery Fund, the club now has a computer and digital slide projector to demonstrate digital photographic techniques and slide show production to members & visitors.

 

Annual photographic exhibition

 

World Of Glass Museum, St. Helens

March 2007, dates to be confirmed.
